I’m obsessed

Here is the deal. You put a little olive oil, salt and pepper and then bake them at 350 for 15 minutes.

Almost better than asparagus.

    James (roomie) grew his own Brussels sprouts this year and they took FOREVER to grow, but after the first snowfall, he brought them in and froze them. They’re very small, but I imagine that since they are local, organic, homegrown, they’ll taste good regardless!
